This includes being a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women become leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
