Most famous for her role as Jen Scotts as part of Power Rangers Time Force Ted Mosby's sister Heather in the show How I Met Your Mother. Felicity had a part in ABC's Red Widow. She is also noted to being the first female lead role in The Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II as well as Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma, a former lover of hers, was also a friend of hers. In 2016, she married Paul Freeman. Lauren Cahill is her sister. Cahill was a native of Virginia. As a young girl Cahill began to act in the local high-school productions the mother supervised. By age 8, she was singing and dancing in classes. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia 1991 was the second place runner-up behind Miss Junior America. The acting carried on into high school in Brooke Point High School. In Brooke Point, she was the president for many organizations. One of them included the Honor Thespians. Cahill was able to score perfect marks on every phase of her drama audition for the Governors School for the Arts when she was a junior. When she was 16, she won Overall Actor in the Actors Models Talent for Christ contest. The competition also included the Barton and Williams Dance Company which won both individual and corporate prizes. In the year following her high school graduation, 1998 she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York on an academic and performing arts award. In 1998 she graduated from college, and went on to pursue a profession acting as a full-time actress with the city of Los Angeles.
